The Inside Sales Representative, Healthcare New Business is responsible for securing new business by selling Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance Service Solutions, while growing revenue and profitability to meet established goals.


Responsibilities

  • Call Blocks to action pre-loaded leads throughout the week to demonstrate our capabilities in Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance Solutions. Team member must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills to achieve new business goals and sells Regulated Medical Waste, and Compliance Service Solutions (Including: OSHA and HIPAA)
  • Team Member must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, as well as, the value proposition for customers
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Builds and sustains strong, trusting relationships with new customers leveraging a dynamic experience with a subject matter expert and growing the business over the future with additional services to meet the customers’ needs
  • Motivated by success
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in business to business sales
  • Have a consultative sales approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter attitude, driven, and motivated
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, and strong internet skills
  • Ability to sit for up to eight (8) hours per day
  • Ability to operate a personal computer
  • Ability to talk regularly over the phone with customers and co-workers up to eight (8) hours per day
  • Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent
  • Post-secondary education, with a major in business or sales and marketing is preferred but not required
