Job Summary of Store Service Representative:

In the position of a Store Service Representative, your obligations will include setting up merchandise, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness standards to preserve the store's attractive facade. By working harmoniously with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service, you will elevate the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities of Store Service Representative:

  • Required to execute duties with or without reasonable assistance.
  • Regularly showcase the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the position.
  • Manages customer transactions, conducts general cleaning tasks, organizes stock on shelves, and maintains visually appealing product displays
  • Extend exceptional customer care, guiding shoppers through their purchasing process
  • Foster teamwork among team members and communicate effectively with the store management team
  • Furnish management with a thorough analysis of product performance, inventory discrepancies, scanning errors, and operational challenges for improvement
  • Participate in the inventory monitoring protocol as instructed and ensure the precision of inventory data
  • Complies with cash policies and procedures to decrease the risk of losses
  • Observes all established organizational procedures and protocols, safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of records and data
  • Responsibilities as per supervisor's discretion

Physical Demands of Store Service Representative:

  • Skill in handling the movement of products from the store's receiving area to shelving and arranging items that weigh up to 45 pounds on shelves at assorted levels
  • The position demands frequent involvement in actions like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and ambulating in the store setting
  • Able to perform duties with or without necessary modifications

Qualifications of Store Service Representative:
