Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, and they are seeking a Practice Client Partner for its Data & Analytics Practice. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales strategy, and ensuring client delivery assurance while collaborating with various internal teams to meet client needs.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, build a portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services, and identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific vertical
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline at any given point in time, collaborating closely with vertical sales teams and engaging directly with clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business challenges and requirements. Present tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives, effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our data and analytics services
  • Work closely with internal teams, including delivery, consulting, CTO Organization, marketing, and analytics team, to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings
  • Collaborate with technology providers and partners to enhance our service capabilities and address client needs comprehensively
  • Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue attainment and pipeline growth, bottom-line performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Significant business development and project management experience
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
